FRISK (signing): (LGBT?)
CHARA: Queer?
FRISK: [offended, voice cracks too much to understand]
CHARA: hUH?
CHARA: What?!
[Ebott City, Surface]
ASRIEL: Oh, I don’t think about any of that. I’m just me.
CHARA: You won’t be Anyone by the time I’m through with you, Coward.
ASRIEL: Isn’t this a little invasive, don’t you think?
CHARA: Not today! The ice is PRE-BROKE, Coward.
CHARA, IN A VAMPIRE VOICE: Happy Pride.
ASRIEL: Oho, gosh! Silly me! I didn’t know.
ASRIEL: Maybe!
ASRIEL: Some people don’t wanna be defined by their-
CHARA: Asriel’s straight. Case closed.
CHARA: H
FRISK: (Sorry, we shouldn’t joke like that if you don’t think it’s funny. We’ve just been curious and didn’t know how to ask.)
ASRIEL: But WHY?
FRISK: (Dumb human stuff. Some of us like putting things into words.)
ASRIEL: C’mon, that’s weird. Why would humans need a word for liking everyone and only kind of feeling like a boy sometimes?
ASRIEL: I bet there aren’t any.

CHARA: There’re like 100 words for that.

FRISK: (Don’t listen to them. I tried to explain the nuance and they threatened to-)
ASRIEL: I’M JUMPING BACK UNDERGROUND
FRISK: *sigh*
note: in my comics Chara is agender (they/them) and gay, Frisk feels like being intersex coincides with their identity (they/them) and is ace, and Asriel is a Monster and not a human, so he doesn’t identify with their views on these things (he/him)
